After booting Windows, Parallels Control Center is making a lot of disk i/o operations. It persists around 5min, to then drop, but rise again short after. I found out if I disable Windows Share, the disk operations go down and the CPU usage drops dramatically - back to normal. Looks like there is a problem here that needs to be addressed/worked on.
